office efficiency by drastically reducing your preparation time.
Information common to most
Real Estate Documents may be imported from Easy Soft's HUD or Refinance
Forms and entered directly into a client file. This information is copied
automatically to the Real Estate Document, creating a RED Document file that
is protected text and may be stored for later retrieval. The assembled
document may also be saved in several other popular formats containing
totally accesible text that may be opened by many different editors or word
processors.

After Merging your
information, you can choose File>Save As> and save it as a Microsoft Word
document that can be totally edited to your liking!
Automatic Document
Printing: All necessary information previously entered into the Client File
is placed in the document/letter automatically, via a built in word
processor.
Client File Information:
(buyer, seller, lender, property location etc.) may be entered directly into
a self-explanatory tabbed window or imported from your Easy Soft's HUD 9.7

Add New Letters /
Documents: Additional new letters and documents can be created from existing
word processing documents or by altering the included templates using the
built in Word Processor. User may choose the category (deed, affidavit etc.)
for including new documents or just create as new category!
New Title Charges: may be
entered and insurance premiums calculated. Room for basic, refinance,
reissue and construction rates for up to 3 different companies. Standard
exceptions for ALTA Loan Policy are contained in entirety in the Help File
and can be copied and pasted into any document.
